Orders & Shipping

Standard delivery across Australia takes 2-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for most items. Orders placed before 2PM AEST on business days are dispatched same day.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within Australia. Orders under $99 have a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95.

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We're working on expanding our delivery network to New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region in the near future.

Returns & Warranty

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping.
