Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days within Australia
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (available at checkout for most items)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and carrier conditions. Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day.
Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 within Australia
- Orders under $99 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95
- Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time. You can also check your order status by logging into your Tech Kingdom account.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes and remote areas. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
