Description
The Dell D3100 is a USB docking station that is used to connect a compatible laptop to up to 3 additional monitors, various external devices and the Internet with a single cable. It quickly provides access to printers, external storage drives, monitors, and other useful devices by just connecting via the included USB 3.0 cable. It supports up to three-monitor setup through one DisplayPort and two HDMI outputs. It can display one Ultra HD 4K display and two Full HD displays. In addition, the Dell D3100 comes with 2 audio jacks, gigabit ethernet port for wired connection to a network, three USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports. It also provides a lock slot that allows you attach an optional security cable for protection against theft, as well as an adapter that converts one of the HDMI ports into a DVI interface.
